Hey, I'm Graeme.

I know what it’s like to feel like your brain’s wired differently because I’ve lived with ADHD since I was a kid. I’ve spent my life learning how to turn that chaos into clarity. I want to help you do the same. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you write your life manual. To build clarity, confidence, and emotional strength, all on your terms.  And guess what? You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to strive to find the real you. And I’ll be right here with you.

Why Me?

I thought I had my own life manual all figured out. I started out studying architecture, and because of the way my brain was wired, I wanted to focus on designing spaces for neurodivergent learners. But things changed. And I quickly realised my real passion wasn’t just building environments, it was helping people build themselves. So that’s how Strive was born.

At Strive, I work with young people who are ready to move forward. From managing ADHD to rebuilding confidence, or just healing from life’s harder moments, let’s face it together.

My coaching blends lived experience with professional training to give you the tools you need for real life:
